At Ceylan Machine & Process, we are dedicated to pioneering advanced granulation technology that revolutionizes the agricultural industry through better production design engineering.

With years of expertise, our mission is to deliver innovative, sustainable fertilizer production equipment and solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

We are

Ceylan Machine & Process, Providing Customized Solutions and Equipment for Fertilizer Production Plants

Our journey began in 1996, when we laid the foundations of a company committed to making fertilizer logistics and production simpler, safer, and more efficient. By 2003, our expertise had already reached the Port of Mersin, where we supplied the specialized equipment and machinery needed to unload and pack fertilizer directly from ships. This effectively streamlined a critical gateway for Turkey’s massive agricultural sector.

Innovation has guided our every step since. In 2010, we became the first company in Turkey to build a complete fertilizer-production plant, setting a new benchmark for domestic fertilizer manufacturing. We pushed boundaries again in 2018, delivering the first Turkish-engineered liquid-fertilizer plant in Europe, proving that our fertilizer production equipment and solutions could both compete and lead on a global stage.

We now stand on decades of accumulated know-how, ready to serve as a full-spectrum partner for fertilizer producers worldwide. From bespoke individual machinery components to turnkey production facilities, our mission remains constant: empowering growers and industries with reliable, cutting-edge technology that nurtures both crops and our global communities.

What is Our Mission?

From day one, our focus has been on process engineering and production design engineering. That includes mapping every heat-transfer surface, measuring each mass balance, and fine-tuning every control loop until the plant runs like clockwork.

Before the first bolt is tightened on our fertilizer production equipment, our engineers simulate the entire flow-sheet, run computational fluid-dynamic models, and verify kinetics in our pilot rigs to support effective production plant layout design. Only when the data says “go” do we release drawings to fabrication.

That rigorous, science-first approach translates into plants that start up faster, hit nameplate capacity sooner, and consume less energy per ton of product.

The same mindset guides our lifecycle support. Whether we’re debottlenecking an existing granulator train, integrating inline NIR analyzers for real-time quality control, or retrofitting a dryer with waste-heat recovery, we treat every project as a fresh process-optimization challenge.

Continuous improvement isn’t a slogan for us. It’s a daily discipline grounded in P&ID walk-downs, HAZOP reviews, and data analytics.

By keeping process efficiency at the heart of everything we do, we help producers attain fertilizer production equipment that delivers consistent, high-grade fertilizer while lowering operating costs and environmental footprint.

1995 – 2003

1980 – 1990

Providing Telescopic Belts to Ports

Our story begins on the quayside, designing rugged telescopic conveyor belts that let port operators move bulk cargo faster, safer, and with fewer hands. Those early projects taught us the value of corrosion-resistant materials, precision drives, and 24/7 reliability. Those are principles that still guide every solution we build today.

1995 – 2003

Fertilizer Loading and Unloading

As our customers’ businesses grew, so did their need to handle delicate fertilizer products without losses or dust. We responded with mobile ship loaders, self-propelled hoppers, and enclosed belt conveyors that keep product integrity high while meeting the world’s strictest environmental standards. We ensured that each piece of this fertilizer production equipment also supported efficient production plant layout design for rapid changeover between urea, DAP, and complex NPK grades.

2003 – 2013

Making Small Facilities for Bulk Blending

In the next decade, we shifted inland, delivering compact bulk-blending plants that turned regional distributors into full-service fertilizer hubs. Each skid-mounted module, such as our batch hoppers, loss-in-weight feeders, pin mixers, and automated bagging lines, could be installed in days and scaled as demand grew. This allowed our clients the flexibility to produce custom NPK blends at the push of a button.

2013 Onwards

Turnkey Fertilizer Production Plants

Today, we integrate the entire value chain for compound fertilizer production. From raw-material reception and granulation to drying, cooling, coating, and palletizing, our turnkey plants deliver up to 500,000 t/y with single-point responsibility.

Advanced SCADA, energy-efficient process airflow, and operator training programs help our fertilizer production equipment run at peak performance from day one, and continue to do so for decades to come.
