For any wet sections or areas handling phosphoric acid, we build using high-spec, corrosion-resistant alloys and industrial-grade coatings. We also design the air handling and scrubber units to pull corrosive vapors away from sensitive electronics and structural supports, which stops the slow rot common in cheaper plant designs.

We don’t do “off-the-shelf” layouts. Our 3D modeling phase is specifically there to solve site headaches before you pour concrete. If you’ve got awkward column placements or height limits, we re-spec the granulation drum angles or use compact modular pipe reactors to make the equipment fit your footprint.

What happens after the one-year warranty ends?

Our relationship doesn’t end there. Because our plants are built on a SCADA/PLC architecture, we can log in remotely 24/7 to troubleshoot issues from our headquarters. We also provide intensive hand-off training for your operators during the startup phase so they know the equipment inside out.
