What’s the actual protection against corrosion from acids and urea?
For any wet sections or areas handling phosphoric acid, we build using high-spec, corrosion-resistant alloys and industrial-grade coatings. We also design the air handling and scrubber units to pull corrosive vapors away from sensitive electronics and structural supports, which stops the slow rot common in cheaper plant designs.
How do you handle site-specific constraints like tight floor space or low ceilings in your fertilizer plant designs?
