  • Corrosion-Resistant Construction: NPK and MAP mixtures can be rough on steel, so we build the body of the granulation fluid bed dryer system from stainless sections and tougher alloy components that hold up under long daily runs, chemical fumes, and the constant cycling of heat inside the system.
  • Optimized Dust Recovery: Integrated high-efficiency cyclone systems capture and recycle fine particles back into the granulation loop, minimizing waste and maximizing your plant’s total yield.

Can this granulation fluid bed dryer handle recycled phosphorus or manure-based pellets?

Yes. Our systems are designed to be “future-proof,” with adjustable air distribution plates and vibration controls that can be tuned to manage the varying bulk densities of recycled organic and mineral feedstocks.

We use a specialized perforated distributor plate and continuous bed agitation to ensure that damp, sticky granules stay in motion.

We know that downtime is lost revenue. We design our fluid bed drying equipment with large access hatches and a self-cleaning air distribution plate geometry. This minimizes the spots where material can cake up, allowing your maintenance crew to wash down and inspect the internals much faster than they could with a drum-style dryer.
