When feeding systems, granulation units, dryers, coolers, and screening equipment are designed around the same throughput targets and material properties, each stage receives what it can process. Can your equipment be integrated with existing machinery from another manufacturer?
Yes, though it requires a clear assessment of the existing line before any equipment is specified. The key inputs are the actual operating throughput of the existing equipment (not the nameplate figure, which is often not what the machine delivers in practice), the physical dimensions of the connection points, and the control system architecture. The most common integration scenario is replacing a single bottleneck piece — typically the dryer or the screening stage — while keeping the rest of the line. We can assess the existing line’s throughput profile and configure replacement equipment to match the real operating conditions rather than the theoretical design spec.

Can a single line produce multiple fertilizer grades?
Absolutely — and many of the most efficient fertilizer plants we work with do exactly this. A well-designed granulation line can switch between NPK formulations, MAP, DAP, and compound grades by adjusting binder or steam addition rates, resetting dosing ratios, and where needed, swapping screen mesh inserts for a different target granule size.

Standard NPK grades such as 15:15:15 and 20:20:0 are the most common products and typically achieve the highest throughput rates. These balanced formulations run efficiently through drum granulation and represent the baseline for most NPK production lines.
High-phosphate grades including DAP (18:46:0) and TSP (0:45:0) are also well-suited to granulation.
Sulfur-enriched compound fertilizers such as 13.25.5+10(SO₃) and 10.25.20+20(SO₃)+1Zn are increasingly in demand in sulfur-deficient markets.
Micronutrient-fortified grades — including zinc-enriched formulations (+1Zn, +1.5Zn) and calcium-supplemented grades such as 10.25.5+25(CaO)+5(SO₃) — can be produced at full commercial scale.
