Yes. Our engineering team can tailor plant designs to meet specific production capacities, space constraints and process requirements. We work closely with clients to deliver turnkey solutions that fit their needs.

We provide comprehensive after-sales support, including commissioning, operator training, preventive maintenance plans, and remote technical assistance. Our service team is available to ensure your plant operates efficiently throughout its lifecycle.

Our fertilizer plants are designed and fabricated to comply with international standards such as ISO and CE. We also adhere to local regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure safety, efficiency and environmental compliance.

Project timelines vary depending on plant size and scope. Smaller granulation facilities can be designed, manufactured and commissioned in as little as 4–6 months. More complex, large‑capacity plants may take 8–12 months from design through start‑up. We agree a schedule with you at the outset and manage all stages of the project to ensure on‑time completion.

We design granulation plants for a wide range of production capacities. Our smallest lines produce just a few tons of fertilizer per hour, which is ideal for pilot projects or niche products. For large‑scale operations we engineer facilities capable of processing 100 ton·h−1 or more. We tailor every plant to your production goals so you get exactly the capacity you need.

The amount of space required depends on your desired production capacity and the configuration of the process. A compact granulation line typically needs about 5,000 square metres of covered and open area for equipment, utilities and product storage. Large, integrated plants with multiple production lines and bulk storage can require 10,000–20,000 square metres or more. After we understand your capacity and product mix, our engineers develop site layouts showing building footprints, utility corridors and storage areas so you can plan your land requirements accurately.

Our primary expertise is in process and mechanical engineering, but we understand that civil works are critical for a successful plant. We provide detailed civil and structural drawings for foundations, buildings and utility trenches, and we can coordinate with your preferred civil contractor or bring in trusted partners to execute the work. If you want a turnkey solution, we can manage the civil construction alongside equipment supply to ensure all aspects of the project meet the required standards.
